RPDH-01 PP Anti-static masterbatch manufacture

RPDH-01 PP Anti-static Masterbatch is specially developed for nonwoven and polypropylene applications. Compared with directly adding liquid, powder, or paste antistatic agents, this masterbatch ensures better dispersion, stable performance, and more consistent antistatic effect. It offers excellent heat resistance up to 280℃ without decomposition during spinning or injection molding. With low dosage (1–2.5%), it provides fast-acting, long-lasting static dissipation performance and improves processing stability.
