Polypropylene (PP) black masterbatch
Application
The PP masterbatch for fiber spinning is specially designed for PP filament, PP staple fiber, and PP BCF carpet yarn, among others.
It uses high-quality domestic or imported pigments and is processed with pigment pre-dispersion technology, providing excellent dispersion, anti-yellowing properties, light fastness grade 7–8, migration resistance grade 5, and dispersion grade 4–5.
The masterbatch can be customized according to different customer color requirements.

Our color matching processes as followings
1. Receive product requirements from customers. Please Provide us a color sample It can be finished product standard colormasterbatch or Pantone Index Number.
2. Please inform the applied resin, your device type, indoor use or outdoor use.
3. Please giveclear notes of some other special requirements, such as Rohs, FDA or UL certification.
2. Make sample according to customer's color sample Generallythe sample lead time should be 2-3 work days. For urgent case, please specially notify.
3. Arrange mass production after confirmation approved on color and performance of the sample.
Fiber Masterbatch Packaging Storage
Products using double-layer packaging, the inner layer of waterproof moisture-proof polyethylene film bag, the outer layer of paper-plastic composite bag. Standard package 25 kg / bag. Please store in a ventilated, dry place, under the mat, to avoid the sun, rain, masterbatch color shelf life of up to 5 years. In the open package after the rest should be re-sealed, to prevent dust pollution, moisture absorption.
