27 Years of Experience and Research
Jiangsu Trumps Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise integrating high-performance chemical fiber materials, nonwoven fabric manufacturing, and functional application solutions. Its business scope covers R&D, production, and sales of color masterbatches & functional masterbatches, nanomaterials, nonwoven fabrics, and environmental protection adsorption products. It serves various fields including chemical fiber, nonwoven fabrics, medical and hygiene, and environmental emergency response.
Established in 1999, TRUMPS has accumulated over 20 years of industry expertise and is recognized as a pioneer in the R&D and manufacturing of chemical fiber color masterbatches in China. The company currently operates 36 advanced color masterbatch production lines producing approximately 15,000 tons annually. Their product range includes color masterbatches, functional masterbatches, and pre-dispersed pigments widely utilized in high-speed chemical fiber spinning and SMS nonwoven fabric production. These products emphasize superior dispersibility, enhanced color yield, long spinneret plate lifetime, and excellent light and wash fastness.

Polyester bottles, predominantly made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), represent a critical material in advanced polymer processing industries. The innovation and optimization in polyester bottle production have a profound impact on packaging, chemical processing, and polymer recycling sectors.
The integration of sophisticated masterbatch colorants and additives from TRUMPS allows polyester bottles to achieve tailored properties like enhanced UV protection, improved barrier functions, and optimized mechanical strength. These enhancements extend bottle usability in food and beverage packaging, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals.
Additionally, advances in nanomaterial and functional masterbatch technology promote better recyclability and sustainability for polyester bottles, addressing circular economy imperatives. By embedding functional additives during polymer processing, manufacturers can produce bottles with anti-microbial surfaces, oxygen scavengers, or barrier layers integrated directly into the polymer matrix.
These technological improvements pave the way for polyester bottles to be deployed beyond traditional packaging, such as in high-performance industrial containers, composite materials, and advanced filtration systems. With growing interest in bio-based resins and green polymer composites, polyester bottle material formulations are adapting rapidly to new markets demanding both environmental and performance attributes.
