    Application Notes
    ⚠️ Designed for direct addition during production of PP synthetic fiber or nonwoven fabric. Please use drying machinery or a high-speed mixer to dry the masterbatch before application. The recommended add dosage is 6.0%.

    The hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material must be fully mixed before entering the feeding port (mixed time should be more than 20 min). At the same time, the hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material in the feeding funnel should not be added too much at one time, to avoid bonding and blockage in the feeding port and uneven mixing.

    Once the fabric is ready, the factory can add a water spray device which can activate the hydrophilic groups most quickly and achieve the hydrophilic effect immediately. If no such device is available, please place the nonwoven fabric in open air for 24–36 hours to allow the fabric to cool and absorb a certain level of moisture, activating the hydrophilic effect, and then proceed with testing.

    It can be applied for PP or PE Casting Film, achieving excellent water-loving properties. It is designed with characteristics of excellent water-loving property, permanent water-loving, and repetitive scrubbing.
