Our Color Matching Process
- Receive product requirements from customers. Please provide a color sample — it can be a finished product, standard color masterbatch, or Pantone Index Number.
- Please inform us of the applied resin, your device type, and whether the product is for indoor or outdoor use.
- Please clearly note any special requirements, such as RoHS, FDA, or UL certification.
- Make a sample according to the customer's color sample. Generally, the sample lead time is 2–3 working days. For urgent cases, please notify us in advance.
- Arrange mass production after confirmation and approval of the sample's color and performance.

📦 Double-layer packaging: inner layer of waterproof, moisture-proof polyethylene film bag; outer layer of paper-plastic composite bag.
⚖️ Standard package: 25 kg / bag.
🏬 Storage: Please store in a ventilated, dry place, off the ground, away from direct sunlight and rain. Masterbatch color shelf life is up to 5 years.
🔒 After opening, re-seal the remaining contents to prevent dust contamination and moisture absorption.
