High-Performance Anti-UV Masterbatch

RPLH-03 Anti-UV Masterbatch is formulated with imported high-efficiency Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) and polypropylene carrier resin. It effectively protects PP and PE polymers from UV-induced photo-oxidative degradation, preventing molecular chain scission and performance loss. The product provides long-term thermal and UV stability, ensuring excellent anti-aging performance for nonwoven fabrics and synthetic fibers exposed to outdoor conditions such as agriculture, automotive, and geotextile applications.

    As for pPP fiber or non-woven fabric with 2.5% anti-UV masterbatch,according to America ASTM G53 standard,in the UV-b lamp,after 144-hour QUV,the tensile strength is aboove 80%.

    According to ASTM G53 testing under UV-B lamp exposure for 144 hours, PP fiber or nonwoven fabric containing 2.5% Anti-UV masterbatch maintains over 80% of its original tensile strength.Technical Principle.
     
    RPLH-03 adopts imported high-performance HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer), which can:
