Flame Retardant Masterbatch for Polymer & Nonwoven Applications

Our flame retardant masterbatch is specially developed for PP fiber and nonwoven applications. With an optimized additive dosage of 3–5%, it significantly improves flame resistance while maintaining excellent spinnability and mechanical properties. The Oxygen Index can reach above 28%, meeting UL94 V-0 and BS5852 standards. Suitable for PP, HDPE, LLDPE and other polyolefin resins, it provides reliable and adjustable flame-retardant performance for high-end safety applications.
