Our Color Matching Process
Our color matching processes are as followings:

Receive Product Requirements from Customers
- Please provide us a standard color sample — it can be POY fiber, DTY fiber, FDY fiber, ATY fiber, PET nonwoven fabric, PET slice, or a Pantone Index Number.
- Please inform us of the fineness and holes of fiber, the fineness of single fiber, type of PET slice, spinning temperature, and so on.
- Please give clear notes for any other special requirements, such as anti-static, anti-bacterial, mould proof, or flame retardant.

⏱ Sample Lead Time: 2–3 Work Days
Make Sample According to Customer's Color Sample
- Sample weight range: 100–2000g.
- Generally, sample lead time is 2–3 work days. For urgent cases, please specially notify us in advance.

Confirm Color & Performance with Finished Products
- Customers can use the samples to make finished products for confirming the color and performance.
- We can adjust the color on-line based on customer's comments to ensure the color is accurate and reduce sample confirmation time.
- A final quotation will be offered for the customer's approval and order.
