Our color matching processes as followings:
1. Receive product requirements from customers
① Please provide us a standard color sample it can be POY fiber, DTY fiber,-FDY fiber, ATY fiber, PET nonwoven fabric, PET slice, Pantone Index Number.
② Please inform the fineness and holes of fiber, the fineness of single fiber, type of PET slice, spinning temperature and so on.
③ Please give clear notes for some other special requirements, such as anti-static anti-bacterial and mould proof or flame retardant.
2. Make sample according to customer's color sample. The sample weight is 100-2000g. Generally, sample lead time is 2-3work days For urgent case please specially notify.
3. Customer can use the samples to make some finished Products for confirming the color and performance. We can adjust the color on-line based on customer's comments to ensure the color is accurate, reduce samples confirm time. A final quotation will be offered for customer's approve and order.
