Application Notes
It’s designed for direct addition on the production of PP synthetic fiber or nonwoven fabric. But please using drying machinery or high-speed mixer to dry the masterbatch before application. The add dosage is 6.0%.
The hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material must be fully mixed before entering the feeding port(the mixed time should be more than 20 min),at the same time ,the hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material of feeding funnel shouldn’t be too much at one time to avoid the bonding and blockage in the feeding port and the uneven mixing
Once the fabric is ready ,factory can add water spray device which can activate the fastest hydrophilic group ,the first time to achieve hydrophilic effect ,if there is no this device ,please put the no-woven fabric in the air 24~36 hours ,to make the fabric cooling to a certain moisture ,to activate hydrophilic effect ,and then proceeding with test , It can be applied for PP or PE Casting Film, can reach excellent property of water-loving. It is designed with characteristics of excellent water-loving property, permanent water-loving and repetitive scrubbing.
