- 1 Receive product requirements from customers. Please provide a color sample — it can be a finished product, standard color masterbatch, or Pantone Index Number.
- 2 Please inform us of the applied resin, your device type, and whether the application is for indoor or outdoor use.
- 3 Please provide clear notes on any special requirements, such as RoHS, FDA, or UL certification.
- 4 Make a sample according to the customer's color sample. Generally, the sample lead time is 2–3 working days. For urgent cases, please notify us in advance.
- 5 Arrange mass production after confirmation and approval of the sample's color and performance.
