Our Color Matching Process
Step 1 — Receive Product Requirements from Customers
- Please provide a standard color sample — it can be POY fiber, DTY fiber, FDY fiber, ATY fiber, PET nonwoven fabric, PET slice, or a Pantone Index Number.
- Please inform us of the fineness and holes of fiber, the fineness of single fiber, type of PET slice, spinning temperature, and other relevant parameters.
- Please provide clear notes for any special requirements, such as anti-static, anti-bacterial, mould proof, or flame retardant properties.
Step 2 — Sample Production
We produce a sample based on your provided color reference. Sample weight ranges from 100g to 2,000g. Standard sample lead time is 2–3 working days. For urgent cases, please notify us in advance.
Step 3 — Confirmation & Final Order
Customers can use the samples to produce finished products for color and performance verification. We can adjust the color in real time based on your feedback to ensure accuracy and reduce confirmation time. A final quotation will be provided for your approval and order placement.
