    Application Notes

    It's designed for direct addition on the production of PP synthetic fiber or nonwoven fabric. Please use drying machinery or high-speed mixer to dry the masterbatch before application. The recommended add dosage is 6.0%.

    The hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material must be fully mixed before entering the feeding port (mixed time should be more than 20 min). At the same time, the hydrophilic masterbatch and PP material in the feeding funnel shouldn't be too much at one time to avoid bonding and blockage in the feeding port and uneven mixing.

    Once the fabric is ready, a water spray device can be added to activate the hydrophilic group fastest and achieve the hydrophilic effect immediately. If no such device is available, place the nonwoven fabric in the air for 24–36 hours to allow it to cool to a certain moisture level, activating the hydrophilic effect before testing.
