The company started the business of color masterbatch and functional material in 1999. It has more than 20 years of industry experience and is one of the early domestic enterprises engaged in the R&D and production of chemical fiber color masterbatches. Currently equipped with 36 color masterbatch production lines with an annual output of about 15,000 tons, our products include color masterbatches, functional masterbatches and pre-dispersed pigments, which are widely applied in high-speed chemical fiber spinning production lines and SMS nonwoven fabric production lines. These products feature excellent dispersibility, high coloring rate, long spinneret plate replacement cycle, and stable light and wash fastness.

Advanced Technology

Based on this, the company keeps moving forward with high-end and refined development, adopting advanced wet grinding and nano-dispersion technologies, and focusing on the layout of color masterbatches and functional fiber masterbatches for superfine fibers of PET, PA, PP, PE, PLA and other materials. The innovative nano-scale carbon black particle products can be directly applied to melt direct spinning production lines without large-scale equipment transformation, effectively reducing spinning costs and improving coloring efficiency.

Meanwhile, relying on a mature nonwoven fabric manufacturing system, the company has a number of production lines for PP/PET meltblown, spunbond, hot rolling, ultrasonic lamination and slitting, and specializes in the R&D and production of oil absorbent cotton, meltblown nonwoven fabrics, oil absorbent mat and emergency anti-pollution materials. Our products are widely used in medical and hygiene, maritime terminals, aviation, industrial anti-pollution and environmental emergency treatment and other fields. The company has obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification, and its products are exported to many countries and regions around the world.
